I called ProSkill because our water softener was leaking. I spoke with Carol who was very nice and was able to fit me in on the same day. Within an hour Matt P. a ProSkill technician contacted me and told me he was on his way. Matt was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions. I called at 7:00 am and Gavin arrived at 11:30 for 11:00 to 1:00 scheduled time. He found the problem right away and fixed it so our home is nice and cool again. Great service.

I had an excellent experience today with ProSkill and technician David! When I arrived home from work on a 110 degree day, I discovered one of my air conditioning units was not working. I called for an after hours appointment and David arrived in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable, explained the issue, fixed the unit and I had cold air in no time. I will definitely reach out to ProSkill for any future needs!
this is the most professional, customer oriented firm i have ever dealt with. from the initial quote for a new air conditioner i needed, by joseph munoz, to the extra care given to my failing system while i waited the 10 days for the new installation. they made sure by 2 visits to repair my current air, without charge. installation by jake and heath plemons today was perfect, and they made sure i understood how to work everything, especially the new thermostat. they left my garage and home cleaner than when they came, and i ... read more
