Proshield is very misleading. I was told by the salesman that I had to do 1 year and I did that. They did 4 treatments and I made 4 payments and then they said I have to make a 5th payment to finish my year. That is pretty misleading. So I ended up paying $150.00 fee for not getting the 5th treatment and they did not do any work. That is pretty hefty fee. Very misleading and not right. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. I will never use them again.
Horrible customer service! They NEVER answer the phone or return voicemails! I had to go buy bug bombs because I can't get a return call! That's just the beginning of the problems I've had with them!

They came and talked to us about spraying my rental down for wasps. there was no talk of a contract. my roommate was home when they came and signed the contract that was never verbally mentioned to us before. they took her cc. they came back to spray the eggs or whatever today, and then charged us $159 again. TODAY TREVON STOPPED BY TO DO MY QUARTERLY SERVICE HE TOOK CARE OF MY WASP NEEDS AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Predatory business practices. Difficult to get customer service on the phone and was tricked into a 12 month contract by a pushy door to door salesman. Additionally, service was not effective and techs did not remove webs outside as promised. Still have spiders after three treatments. Calling to cancel was not only a lengthy process but both reps I spoke to were incredibly rude and ignored what I said and kept trying to resell me on the service. Very shady. Avoid this company!!!!
