Poor Customer service and I did not even have service. Well I called on Monday, schedule an appointment for 2 hours later, received call 10 minutes later they were too busy with flooding, so rescheduled for Wednesday. On Tuesday, received message that if I still needed assistance to call. I called and said I was schedule to receive service on Wednesday. OHHH. So we can come Wednesday between 3 - 5 pm.
