I wish I could give this place a zero!!!!! Office have no empathy for tenants that have children!!!! Neighbor downstairs came and HARASSED me coming to MY door late at night talking about keep down the stomping. My child is only 1 l teach him very well, but it's just what kids do they don't know any better. She talking about "I have kids of my own I understand, but I work from home and it's disturbing me". We’ve lived here since April, and while our move-in was smooth, the recent towing of our vehicle was extremely frustrating. We understand the permit paperwork states it must be displayed on the windshield, and we take responsibility for missing that step. However, our vehicle was fully registered in the system, which shows we were making an effort to follow the rules. Visitor vehicles must be registered in the system, and ours was. My husband and I have lived here since April of this year. Carmen was amazing when we completed our paperwork, and we had no complaints about that process at all. More recently, new rules have been put in place—which is to be expected. One of those rules requires a sticker to be placed on the windshield. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles was towed because the sticker was not on the windshield. We take responsibility for that part.
