Best maintenance man! He is the best!🙏 Biggest health concern the bathroom sinks water smell like sewage--just feces and disgusting. So much water was wasted just letting it run before each use for 3-5min. We mainly had to use the tub for all washing and brushing needs. Downside of living here is to thin walls and no carpet so EVERYTHING echos. You will get harassed by downstairs neighbors regularly. Even walking in the bathroom or back closet will annoy them. Happy to move

I have lived here a little more than a month and love it. The units are very nice and mine even has a small yard for the pups. I was moving out of state without a confirmed move in date and the cobalt team were able to be flexible with me. I'm especially thankful for Carmen who has been there every step of the way including making sure my 2 weeks free was applied correctly. I haven't lived in an apartment for five years and I couldn't be more comfortable.
Honestly have loved living here all up until June Summer started and my A/c has broken down 4x since June 1st 2025 and the month isn’t even over. Their fix lasts 24hrs and then we have to run portable units 24/7 my kids haven’t even been able to sleep in their rooms we all have to sleep in the living room as someone who pays for 2 bedrooms I would expect to be able to utilize my whole home There is no “luxury” feel when you have window units..
