Cancelled on me 4 times! Even the day I went they tried offering a different time (even though I had been very clear I have to work, they thought they were doing me a favor???) and then I noticed on my way there they had changed the time again!!! Carrie is physically and verbally unfit for service. She needs to kept behind closed doors. Samantha was professional and admitting there has some issues.
