Hired this company after seeing all the 5 star reviews. Extremely disappointed. Driveway extension was to be exposed aggregate so imagine my surprise when I came home and it wasn't! Irrigation system was put in oddly and missing clamps so we were naturally, having blowouts. Also, control box was installed ankle level. We had the owner out about multiple concrete cracks (which continue to get worse.) First he said it was because we set a hot tub down and secondly he said the concrete company did have a bad batch of concrete. ... read more

They're quick to take care of any issues, and if something isn't quire right, they fix it right away without any hassle. The team is reliable, affordable, and consistent, which makes my job so much easier. I really appreciate the service they provide!
Proscapes installed the landscaping and driveway for our new construction in 2019. The landscaping consisted of the wrong trees and plants being located in the wrong places, the quantity of topsoil and mulch was about half of what was supposed to be put down and the drip irrigation needed to be reworked due to plants dying within a year. Beware!
Jerod and the ProScapes team responded promptly to our project request with design ideas and an estimate to satisfy our backyard utilization goals (we had reached out to several other hardscaping companies--who did not return our calls). Work commenced immediately and the teams involved were friendly, courteous and professional. During final construction of my house in Anacortes, I worked with Jerod to design landscaping that would fit into the City rules for my area. I repeatedly told him that we wanted zero maintenance, but still wanted a nice looking property. His folks installed a nice curving drive of permeable pavers, and a bunch of trees and low lying bushes. Lots of great comments from the neighbors, looked great for a month. Then came the weeds.
