I’ve visited the Prosano location off Val Vista twice now and have seen Heidi Dillenbeck, NP, for both appointments. My experiences have been excellent. At my first visit a few weeks ago, I was very sick with a persistent cough and concerning crackling sounds in my chest. Heidi explained that based on my symptoms and what she was hearing, it could potentially be pneumonia. We have LOVED Prosano since switching insurance. It’s the best care and service we have found in the medical world since moving to Arizona.
This was the best healthcare center I’ve ever been to. The receptionists were so welcoming and kind. I had amazing experiences with the staff and always felt genuinely cared for. They made appointments feel way less stressful as I stepped into the ‘adult’ world of taking care of my health. I highly recommend them!
If more places provided healthcare the way Prosano does people wouldn’t be afraid to go see the doctor. In the past, I felt like I was just a referral for another referral being passed from one doctor to another because I have a complicated condition. This place made me feel like I was back home! I haven’t gotten such care and level of services from the time I came to USA. This kind of service we have in Ukraine! I would like to say thanks to the ladies at the front desk and to my provider! From the moment you enter Prosano clinic you feel welcomed! Real professionals!
