Service was completed on our older heat pump, and the whole visit went very smoothly. Javier was excellent to work with. He carefully inspected the HVAC system when it was not running correctly and found that the defrost control board had failed. He went out of his way to get the right replacement part, came back promptly, and installed it the same day.
