Great price, fast installation and responsive when I have questions. I did a lot of research and found this company to be the best.
Mixed up the days and contractors for a bid. Sent them a message saying I didn't see them on the day agreed upon. It was an honest mistake. They proceed to cancel our appointment and tell me I sent them inappropriate message. This was my message "I didn't see you yesterday" that is it. Rude, unprofessional, and they act like they got you over a barrel because it's busy season. There is probably a reason this "business" has one review and it is one star.
