A few weeks ago, our AC stopped cooling, and I thought it just needed refrigerant because that had been an issue before. Pros Air Conditioning sent a technician out quickly, checked the system, added refrigerant, and talked with us about replacement options if needed. During the visit, they also confirmed that the evaporator coil we already knew was failing was still under warranty, which was a huge help. Extremely professional and highly recommended for hvac work. They gave me a clear, no nonsense quote and took time to explain my concerns in detail about upgrading to a larger system and possibly adding zoning later. jason and maurice were great.
