I called this ProResp location in Niagara and was told we could come in and refill our stroller tanks ourselves. When we arrived, we asked for gloves and a scale, neither of which they had, but that wasn’t an issue since I had my own gloves. However, when I came back in ready to refill the tanks, the staff refused to let us proceed. I recently purchased a an Airfit N20 mask from Pro Resp and drove home thinking $235.00 seemed awfully high. I went online and discovered that the identical mask was being sold for $150.00 and on sale for $99.00 by Cpap Machines Canada. I contacted Pro Resp and advised I could get a refund as the item was unopened. An hour later I received a call from another employee who advised that the y would not offer a refund.
