I recently bought some CPAP supplies here. They had to order a rare filter and it took no time at all to arrive. Was helped by Melanie who was absolutely fantastic and very customer-centric. Will definitely recommend!!

I have been using ProResp Kitchener for nearly 30 years. Never any problems. A great team of associates that go the extra mile. ProResp Kitchener has always been very accommodating to my needs as a long standing customer of theirs. Would recommend in a heartbeat. The employees and staff have that added touch of kindness.
When I met the team for the first time, I had a great experience. The staff and the clinician were good (I think it was Mike)and they did a good job explaining how to set up and use the CPAP machine. The one thing they didn't do, which every other place I inquired after did, was they didn't allow you to test the different masks before buying and little did I know that this was going to come bite me someday.
