They only make appointments on Wednesdays and they refused to provide with an earlier appointment so they rather loose a client!
My mom was having an issue with her oxygen machine so we called the emergency number and they had a representative there within 15 minutes with a new machine. very thankful for their quick response and Scott was very nice. Thank you!
Incredibly disappointing. A “specialist” named Alexis left the oxygen tube dislodged after showing a nurse how to properly use and fit the BiPap machine, on a nearly-immobile elderly woman. When we told her this, she blamed the patient. Disgusting. Human errors happen but you’re supposed to be the specialist here. Incompetent and careless.
