Not really happy with the service as a new user. I started with a mask, the RT who provided instructions seemed rushed, declined to help me set up the straps of my mask to fit my head when I asked stating I needed to have the machine on and I guess that was not an option in this appointment I was told to leave the head and forehead straps alone and adjust the chin ones only I could not get the straps around my head when I tried st home so “leaving them” really was not an option 🤨.She measured the size of my mask by placing ... read more

Jamie is the oxygen delivery Man.he is very polite. Smart and reliable. He has a great personality. I think of him as a grandson.
