We've finally rid our townhome complex of Lexie and PropVest! There have been so many incidences of poor customer service, excuses, finger-pointing and lack of follow-up with Lexie and her assistant Julie that it's a common complaint by many of our residents. It took four years for our Board President to realize how poorly the residents have been treated by a lack of email and phone call response from Lexie and Julie. this property management is the worst , no one answer phone calls and email, I never know they are really in operation or not everytime I call the voice message is always it is after hours from Monday to friday I just want to know how to report the issue of this irresponsible company
This management company is a joke, no one ever picks up the phone or responds to emails, work orders or any issues. The homeowners are being completely ignored and it seems even Kathy, the president seems frustrated. I only give a star because you have to.
The previous reviews by Rick Boykin, Francis Romero, Drew Alexander and Steven Vu are all correct in their assessment of PropVest PM. Their descriptions of this company's service is spot-on. When things are going smoothly they are courteous, happy and professional people. But as soon as an issue arises with billing, maintenance, repair issues or legal authority of the board you'll find them pointing fingers, hanging up the phone on you or siding important billing discrepancies in the board's favor. We currently work with PropVest or perhaps it’s best to say that we pay them. Lexie and Melanie spend an inordinate amount of time avoiding, apologizing, and pointing fingers. Their work is spotty, haphazard, and downright shoddy. Go elsewhere. .
