When no other pharmacy was open on a Sunday night, Propst was open, had the items needed and the service was extraordinary. What a treasure to have in Huntsville and Madison County. Thank you!
A time or two in the past when forced to, I used another pharmacy for one reason or the other. I dreaded the vacant stare I would get from some disinterested person who would tell me, "Give us 30 minutes," then walk away. Whenever I walk into Propst, I know the person behind the counter will know me, and not rush me, especially if it is Dawn. I recently had a kidney transplant and she never fails to take the time to ask about me and make me feel wanted.
People are always helpful. Prescription service great. Have great stuff.
I came in and tried to buy the solar eclipse glasses I drove over a and hour to get to this store and was told they couldn’t sell them to me. The lady told me I would have to come back another day even when she had the glasses in her hand taking them out of boxes from a new shipment. I drove a long way to pick these glasses up and was told to come another day. She was very rude!!! The only store that still has the glasses available and I was told they wouldn’t sell them to me.
Lowest prescription prices in town! Will be coming back.
