Great people and equipment
Amazing staff, clean facility, wide selection of machines and a great place to workout!
Amazing gym, all the equipment you could want, not crowded, reasonable day pass. We stayed a long weekend at the Sheraton across the street and wanted to do a workout at a facility somewhat better than the very minimal hotel gym. This gym hit all the criteria. My boyfriend and I got an amazing workout and were able to use the sauna upstairs.
By far the best gym I have ever been to! Just a heads up that you can get a day pass here for $25 and try the gym out for the day. Words cannot express just how amazing this gym is. Tons of squat racks, absolutely incredible equipment (the best workout equipment I’ve ever used), super friendly staff. I've been sitting on this review for a while, partly because I wanted to be fair, and partly because I kept hoping I wouldn't have to write it. This gym is genuinely one of a kind. The facility, the concept, the professional staff — there's nothing like it in San Diego, and I mean that sincerely. If I'm being honest, Quinn, the trainer I worked with in my last few months, and Dr Stefanie Basso, the nutritionist and trainer I worked with a bit earlier in my journey, are the reason this is four stars and not two.
