This is more than a typical gym. Proprioceptive Solutions has top-notch movement solutions, equipment, and a comprehensive range of options under one roof. I went in for a workout and a massage, and both were excellent. What stood out even more was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable, and the professionalism couldn’t be better. If you’re looking for a place that takes movement, training, and recovery seriously, I highly recommend Proprioceptive Solutions.
