Continued neglectfulness with their snow removal obligations at our property in Lakewood. The snow accumulations this year at our workplace, Department of Veterans Affairs have been ignored by this firm. They tried to get away with only shoveling the sidewalk on our property. They left the sidewalk along Van Gordon Street dangerously covered with snow and ice 4 days beyond the storm. Our building management showed no concern either.
