Total bs company. They have lots of aliases!! Listed a house that they tied up in escrow as a wholesale deal. Called within hours said the house was sold....whatever 2 days later house still says available. 🙄 Don't lie just say you are only selling to certain ppl. Or just listing houses to get leads for cash buyers.
Bought many deals from them over the last 5-7 years. Made money on all but one. Wasn’t their fault. Bad timing with the market and too many rehab surprises. It’s a nice rental for the time being.
