Good experience w property track. Very nice home and well maintained, maintenance responses were VERY responsive! App is VERY easy to use for rent payments and maintenance requests. Our only complaint (one only!) was that the home & yard were not cleaned before we moved in & doesn’t look like anyone from the prop mgmt ever did a final walk through. Regardless, We would definitely rent from Property Track again!

I have been an excellent tenant in many states and for many years. Kelly is probably the worst landlord and agent I would ever meet. She only cares about money and tries to find a way to deduct your deposit at the end. The time we moved in, the house was dirty, the fridge has mold, the window blinds fell and hit my wife’s head. I reported the issue immediately to her but she never responded. By the time I moved out, I was questioned that I have to reimburse if I lost the blinds. Thanks god, I kept the blinds in the garage.
