I have been working with property title for past 15 years. Their service is fantastic. Their processors and owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. You cannot find a service better than this any where else. Recently I had to beat multiple cash offers for my clients. Finally we got our offer accepted for my client contingent to 12 days financing. I am leaving 1 star because you must leave at least 1 star to leave a review, you cannot leave 0 or negative stars. Wow, this place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Run, do not walk away from this company as quickly as you can! My father is a real estate attorney, so I am more knowledgeable about real estate law and transactions than the average person and have a good handle on the duties and responsibilities of the settlement attorney/office.
