I have repeatedly asked for a copy of my lease and Mark Bogue refuses because he claims he gave me one when I signed. I have active termite infestation at 731 10th st n. Company refuses to treat. I have also lost hot water 5 times since living here in less than a year-not as a result of non-payment. Doesn’t offer any electronic payment method for rent payment.
