BEWARE OF THIS ST PETE SLUMLORD!!! I have active termite infestation at 731 10th st n and have had since I’ve moved in in March of 2025. Company refuses to treat. I have also lost hot water 5 times since living here in less than a year and not due to lack of payment but due to lack of proper maintenance/failing equipment. Abusive and harassing as well, continues to charge late fees on the 4th of the month for rent due on the 3rd without offering ANY SORT OF ELECTRONIC PAYMENT OPTION WITHOUT “special accommodation” and fees….
Love the staff Mark and Kimberly if anything needs fixing they will try to accommodate you as soon as possible and long as everything is clean and in good condition you’ll get your full deposit back!
The owner of this company is awful. Legally Mark Bogue the owner of Property Solutions was taken to court and he lost in court that he should of been taking care of and repairing the house. Definitely do not recommend using this company at all. Mark is only concerned with making money and doesn't care about people. He has no heart. Definitely DO NOT use this company. The City of Saint Pete Code Compliance department took Mark to court and he LOST IN court that he should of been taking care of the house.

Mark was very professional kind explained everything and answered any questions anytime I would recommend him highly to he was such a blessing
