Worst management co. in Chicago 0 stars is what they deserve. Their incompetence is overwhelming. Not only do they never know what's going at the buildings they manage, they make no apologies for it. You call to complain about things, they say they'll take care of it, you call back because the situation still hasn't been resolved and they give you the exact same answer. I have no idea how they stay in business.
WORST IN CHICAGO The WORST management company I've ever encountered. Stay far away from these people - they are incompetent, unorganized, unprofessional and rude. Over the past dozen yrs., I've lived in 4 different condos in Chicago and Evanston, and have never had to deal w/ people like this. They manage my current building in Wrigleyville. Terrible Terrible, terrible, terrible. Every person associated with Property Solutions is absolutely incompetent. I would recommend that you not buy a property managed by this ridiculous group --- I wish I hadn't. They made my experience in Wrigleyville a nightmare.
Reasonable fees and good management. I was scouting around for a good management company and found many bad ones before I found this gem of a company. I had another property that I wanted to rent out this company found a terrific tennant and manage the property with such professionalism. Their management fees are very reasonable considering they do everything relating to the property and do such a good job. I highly recommend this company for all property management needs. Great Property Management It is surprising that it is so hard to find a good property management company in this city with so many of them out there. It seems that if you look for an affordable company, you get someone less knowledgeable. But if you want experience and competency, then they are expensive. But not these guys. They are small enough that the service is personable and the prices are reasonable. PROS: Friendly, knowledgeable property managers. CONS:
