They keep houses on the market for rent after they have already been rented out and have don’t tell you until you have applied. It was refunded however still i would have rather if my time was spared. Once this review was posted originally the owner of the company emailed me directly in a very unprofessional and unfriendly manner about an error in my comment which i have now fixed.
I just rented my apartment last week. I did have a couple of maintenance issues at first. But once Management addressed them( it took a couple of days but i think my work orders slipped thru the cracks)....I can honestly say that when they did get my work order, they sent a REALLY GOOD Maintenance Tech out. He spent most of his day replacing parts and I see he fixed a door I didn't even have on my work order. I am happy with the work done. Property Services of Grand Junction is an excellent property management company. They've managed our residential rental properties for several years. The owner, Scott, is great to work with. He is good at communicating and is very responsible. The entire staff does a fabulous job. They are organized and experienced. If you own a rental property and are looking for a property manager, I highly recommend Property Services of Grand Junction.
