Property Services of Grand Junction is an excellent property management company. They've managed our residential rental properties for several years. The owner, Scott, is great to work with. He is good at communicating and is very responsible. The entire staff does a fabulous job. They are organized and experienced. If you own a rental property and are looking for a property manager, I highly recommend Property Services of Grand Junction.
Lowlifes run this place. Dont expect to get your deposit back. Told me I left the place dirty and blah, blah, blah. Only way to get your monies worth is to trash the place when you leave!!
I really appreciate the two young men who do the lawn service. I know they are extremely busy and have a lot of properties to cover. But anytime I have asked if they could do something, even if they can’t do it that day, they will come back and get it done. They even remembered that I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I wanted some branches trimmed back that were scraping a bedroom window that they didn’t have the equipment with them that day, but today they came and took care of it. The receptionist isn’t very personable and very slow to respond to request or fully fix issues at all.
