Been with the company for over 8!years in same rental property. Rent amount paid on time over the years including the year of job loss & pandemic in 2020. Recently applied for one of there newer construction rentals, denied as they chose to look at old medical bills that are in dispute, same bills as when we first rented with them, they used this as an excuse as not to approve. Looking at the notes in your file and emails, it looks like the property manager tried to help, but also warned you for the property you are applying for might be a little harder to get you in. We have a scoring process here at PSA that all tenants get processed on. We give the owner of the property a summery of the application and a range for the scoring and they give us the final say so.
