I’m an out of state owner of an investment property in Lithonia, GA and PSA has been my on the ground management company for well over 7yrs. The property has been vacant once in the time period and only for a short period. The tenants PSA has placed in my property have all respected the property and PSA does an excellent job addressing maintenance, managing tenant satisfaction, and keeping me informed.
I've had a GREAT experience with this company. Shari Little and Sonja Lilhom have been nothing but the best!!!!! Understanding, kind, patience, and professionalism has been top notch. I'm so glad to have them help me through my rental journey. Thank you for all ya'll do.

If you’re looking for a property management company in Atlanta, DO NOT hire PSA. I’ve managed over 30+ rental properties across the U.S. and have taught thousands how to invest in real estate—so I don’t say this lightly: PSA has been the worst experience I’ve had with any property management company in my entire career.
