I've been really impressed with the level of service provided by PSA. Communication was consistently proactive — I was kept informed of any issues as they arose, with clear explanations and realistic options for how to address them. Property inspections were taken seriously, with thorough follow-through rather than a box-ticking exercise. Any items raised were followed up quickly and followed through to resolution. I would highly recommend PSA be given due consideration as a property agent.

Sonja, my main point of contact has been amazing since the day I purchased my rental property. Since I’m an out of state investor, I have to rely on them to take care of everything.
