One year ago, we needed a management company and I contacted Nick, he met the president and I on a Friday night for 2 hours we are very very happy with this company they are very attentive I highly recommend them.
This property management has it down packed they just started managing my building and the previous management oh god lets not start on them but im so thankful for them they are great at communication and very friendly people.
I’ve never met or worked with a property management company that fully believes they OWN the building and every unit in it. And this is from someone who has worked in real estate for years. They are the property managers of my condo that I’ve been in for years, decades at this point. The professionalism, the communication, the execution is just not there.
