This is a top management company! Very responsive and can help manage your community.
I would say stay away from them. They burrow into your association and take control of everything. You know longer feel like you are living in your own home/neighborhood. They have a low fee but then they convince the hoa that it's better and more economical for them to do all contract work. That's where they make their money and they do a crappy job of all of it and they have no consideration for the homeowners.
