I have had a very frustrating experience with Property Services. I am a previous tenant of the Prominence Appartments in **********. We returned our apartment on Nov 5 but have not received our deposit check after 2 months despite many attempts to contact them by phone or email. They never respond to phone calls and emails. The leasing office states that the only way to contact the management company is via email, but they do not respond to any emails. If I could give zero stars I would. Creepy! Two guys knocked on my door with no notice. Claimed they were building inspectors. No notice, no masks, nothing. I told them they needed to wait. I come back after insistent knocking and they disappeared. I called property management, and they informed me they had no notice of this. We called the main property management office, they also had no notice. I called the police to report them...
If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs.
