Reliable and efficient. – I live out of state and wanted a management company that could handle all situations. I was looking online and I found Property Sales & Management. I needed efficient people but I also liked the fact that there were no hidden fees like most of their competitors (for rent sign fees, advertisement fees, processing fees for each new tenant when there is a new lease). They are very professional and always answer any emails or calls promptly.
