Property Renovations and Construction is a wonderful company who really took a lot of time to make sure that they understood exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the sales team at PRC - they're always willing to step in and help out with coordinating insurance needs and stuff. The owner of the company, Brian, stands behind his company's work 100%. It's no wonder that they have an A+ rating with BBB and rank as the #1 for roofers in Brevard. I'm a Fan for sure!
Windows came out great, however scheduling and communication was less than stellar. Even though the 2 day job turned into a 4 day job, I did like the results, so I signed a second window contract to do the remaining windows in my home. Each job was approx $10,000. I am now in the middle of the second installation and being told one installer recently left the company and another has back pain and is unable to work. The folks at PRC just finished our roof, as well as the installation of a garage exhaust fan and solar tube for our kitchen. From start to finish it has been a very positive experience. The office staff are very pleasant, the sales was a no-pressure, straight forward fair and fact-based meeting. The best part was that despite the mayhem from Hurricane Irma, they started my job on time and finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time...and the roof looks fantastic! I paid PRC $2000 to fix a leak in my roof. Since they "fixed" the leak, every time it rains steadily, the roof leaks. They have had to come out 2 other times to re-fix the leak since initially being paid to fix the leak. Now, once again, the leak I paid to have repaired, is leaking AGAIN. But now, upon multiple calls to Megan in the office, they wont return my phone calls.
