dont trust them..they tell you that they will get whatever the offer was , but then low ball you and say that you have to pay for the repairs, closing costs out of your end.....so they say no hidden fees or you dont have to pay for anything..is total bs...

After almost 90 days of working with this company still have not closed. Was told several things that were just not true, never was given earnest money and was told initially would provide a check within a few days. This is a second home and was also told would they would provide enough to cover 3 mortgage payments up front as I was struggling to make them and They wrote payments into contract instead. Initial 30 day contract expired, did a 3 week extension because was told the appraisal guy hadn’t made it out there yet. ... read more

Not satisfied with our first time selling a house after our father passed away. Eddie and the people at Property Relief Network never paid earnest money first of all. Once our sales contract with them expired, we found a new buyer but they (Property Relief Network) held the abstract for the property hostage with an INVALID contract until we prepared to file a complaint to the state.
