Did some work with them and they ran off with money, didn't communicate with tenants, and got us fined by the city. Do not work with this group. They're not trustworthy - you'll regret it.
I'm an out of state investor and had a terrible experience with this group. They didn't manage the property well and allowed a property to go into abatement. The work completed was reported as shotty by the tenants. They also stole a collected rent check after I terminated the contract. No integrity and they steal. Do not do business with this group.
I worked with him before did a great job, rehabing my property. Then, we communicated continuesly about another project, and then the owner Leroy flaked. Numbers and emails constantly changing, no call backs...this is becoming typical in this industry . Very disconcerting, wish mire companies in the city would have better professionalism. Honestly, just a heads up for anyone who decides to do future business with this organization.
As a new investor they helped me tremendously in managing multiple properties, and being on call for all renovation and inspection needs.
