I am going to keep this very straight to the point.When I first looked at the home and at move-in Ms. ** of ****** Property Profiles *** informed me that the place would be cleaned. It was not even touched for cleaning before moving my stuff in so I sent her a text message informing her no one came to clean the unit prior to me moving in on February 2, 2023. In response to the complaint from my former tenant: The unit was professionally cleaned prior to the tenant taking occupancy - as a requirement of all our units. The owner paid for the cleaning herself as this was a new account for us. The tenant was not happy with the condition of the tub, so we hired a vendor to refinish both the tub and walls with epoxy paint. The tub was not cracked so it did not need to be replaced.
