From the girls in the office being nice and helpful to the plumber Anton who came and fixed all the issues, taps, washers and leaks in the cupboard it was an easy process. Anton was very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly and pricing was good. I’d definitely recommend Property Plumbing.
Quoted me a staggering $3106 to replace our ensuite tap set the Tap Guru came and fittrd it parts and labour for $470 all up. its a 2 hour job for gods sake absolutley flabergasted !!! update they did ring me back and say that quote was not meant to be the one I wamted and explained its the way they make up the bill thats causing the confusion I have to say the way they itemise the quote really needs to be changed as the customer is left thinking the bottom line is the quote which they said its not .
Very prompt service, Seth efficient, informative & friendly. He solved what seemed like a very complex problem at a very reasonable price.
Two different plumbers on three different occasions came out to assess a leak. The first one was Callum. He somehow missed the fact that the whole kitchen and bathroom floor was flooded and put an invoice in for fixing a tap in a completely different room. Second time was Anton, probably not his fault, but he insisted he fix a shower handle instead… third time unlucky was Callum again… is he even qualified?!
