Do not hire this company to represent your HOA. They do not pay the contractors/ care takers. Helena , specifically , lies and says. “The checks in the mail”. It has currently been 14 days since she stated this and we live/ work in Boise. They did not pay us the entire summer last year until service was terminated. Promising to do better, we took on the property again. It’s been 3 months and we haven’t been paid. If you hire this company, be prepared to lose the folks that help take care of it. We quit!

I cant stress enough that Property People is by far the best rental agency in the valley. They are very nice and up front, easy to get a hold of, respond to maintenance issues and concerns immediately. Property People are better than renting direct from owner. They have properly drawn up lease agreements unlike most other agencies that try to scam money from renters and run your daily life. They are easy to work with and the communication is open! I don’t have a lot of trouble with this property management.
Nothing but great reviews for this rental company. They made difficult seem easy to us. We moved from Europe in the fall and Pamela Rogers went out of her way to help. Pamela was our liason all through our stay and showed expertise and professionality.
Hands down the best property management company I have ever worked with.
