You may know this company by the name Confirm Insurance. I have had both a credit union and an apartment complex require me to deal with Confirm Insurance now. In both cases, Confirm Insurance notified the company I was dealing with that I did not have the required insurance in spite of the fact that I did and had provided that documentation as required. I will never deal with another company that requires me to deal with Confirm Insurance and unless you want a similar experience, I would advise you not to do so either.

I have lived in the same apartment complex for the last 2 years. My first year, I provided my renters insurance but was still charged. Once I noticed that I had been charged, I contact Popic. They informed me that they would not be refunding me because it had been 90 days since the first time they had billed my account. Now in my second year, again, they claimed I did not provide my insurance information. I sent them the confirmation number and the email I received. They never answer the phone or reply to my emails or voicemails. What a rip off! Beware!

It is like a subscription scam. I already had my own insurance accepted by the landlord prior. The landlord opts you in, then CONFIRM will not respond to let you out. Landlord says they have not control over the fee, but they are the ones collecting it. ZERO STARS!

Every year i submitted my renter certificate/ renter insurance but you always rejected just because of Additional interest or my wife's name, just because of $15 dollar/ month you look every detail on my paper?
