Really bad experience, realtors not there for you they leave you alone in the process. As soon as I found the home that I wanted the realtor agent went with me and signed the contract with the builder and he disappear. I did now know anything of the process or what's was going on, ended without being able to appeal the home appraisal that was below the builder price because the realtor did not request the appraisal results since he was gone, by the time realtor appeared nothing could be done.
