I have necmver been happier with a property management company! If there was a 6th star I would add it.
I feel the need to warn potential tenants about this company. We rented at 4140 E Cortez for 2.5 years and had nothing but problems with this company. They were very happy to collect the rent check each month while doing nothing in return. After all this time in the home we were not even offered the professional courtesy of a final walk-though upon termination of tenancy.
