Be careful with these guys they have me an offer with a 21 day disability study then backed out plus they told other realtors I was desperate to sell witch I'm not.so after they pulled the offer they asked if I wanted them to sell my house for me even though I had a realtor already I was wondering why they asked me 5 times if I had signed paper work with a realtor when they first came over now I know they where just using the offer to get listings so just be real careful with these guys
They don't buy houses they scam people into weeks of thinking it's sold 2 days before closing they offer to sell your house for 6% It's a con of great scammers. Austin just wants a paycheck a bunch a bullies preying on grieving families and seniors trying to retire.
