These people are the worst, lazy, non prefessional people. They send out one generic letter for HOA violation and provide no help to the owners. If there’s a violation then it should be specific so that people understand to make a correction but they are too lazy to do that. They don’t answer calls or return phone calls. Don’t understand why anyone would use them for services.
The owner of this franchise is the worst. They hire vendors that do damage to your home, and then refuse to give you the insurance information for the vendor. The owner never comes to the meetings and has a bias against certain homeowners. They can't even send letters to residents that are written properly and always contain false information. She hates me so much she wanted to have me removed from the property - and I'M A HOMEOWNER. Stupidity at it's finest.
