I regret appointing Property Management Toronto to look after my property. They are nice at first, attempting to win you over as a client, but they are terrible to work with later. One of the most useless property managers' I have ever had the misfortunate of working with. These 5 star reviews are either paid for or their friends as they are anything but a 5 star Company. Issues started as soon as the tenant moved in, zero communication. I asked several times for mail, in particular the Toronto vacant tax, and received little to no response from PMT.
