These people are terrible, greedy scammers. Impossible to get anything fixed or any maintenance done when we lived in an old run down rental unit they managed. We finally moved out they charged us for a bunch of stuff that didn’t need to be done. Said we were late returning the key, after they never told us how to return the key. The only thing this company is good for is taking your money. Renters BEWARE!!
NEVER rent from PMS! I rented an apartment that was managed by PMS back in 2019 and the entire experience was terrible. They forced our hand and made us move in two weeks before our desired move in date, were slow/unresponsive to emails, tried to charge us for standard appliance repairs, and withheld our security deposit long after the required return date (oh and also withheld money for cleaning and wear & tear - which there wasn’t any). Responds to maintenance rather quickly. Friendly staff.
The Management Company was fine. Rent payment was easy. Work requests were easy. Someone always answered phones. They also were very accommodating. A very professional organization!
