Take caution when renting a property managed by Property Management Specialists. I am a co-signer on my daughter's townhome, managed by PMS. A work order for a nonfunctioning refrigerator was made on 02/13, as of 4/14 this has still not been resolved. The owner/broker was content to leave three tenents waiting while a part was on order. Became agitated when we asked for a replacement appliance after a month and a half. The townhome was beautiful, but the maintenance and provision for the tenants were well below standard.
