From our experience don’t use this company. We were told several things that were not true about our rental agreement which we had proof in texts from our property manager but they still did as they pleased. Several issues with the property we rented and they drug their feet to do anything about it. Always waiting for owners approvals on things that shouldn’t even have been in question. Stay clear!
