An absolute joke of a company. Would give 0 stars if I could. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE! This is a horrible company in my experience. Be very cautious using them. Lee Whitmore has proven to be less then par service for certain owners. We were told to put request on the portal and even when you do, I still get skipped. He helped assist the board in braking our bylaws, apparently because the board said to. Excellent service
Had a few years renting my property, and would like to give them a better score but the last few years was nothing but lies. Sorry to say they did not compliey with contract. They where not what the contract said and working as a advocate for the owner. No follow up on any issue ,lack of communication,. Not able to do walk thru and find issues ie heaters removal after furnise replacement and tfogettind to pick up heaters costing me close to 1000$ in eletrico bill and not checking oil replacement costing 600 $ so new tenant c... read more
