It’s amazing how the majority of 5 star reviews are from contractors (who help PMSI make more $$) and the 1 star ratings are from the poor people who are STUCK dealing with them. You call them and they won’t provide their name unless your press. Addressed an issue last year regarding basketball hoop on the sidewalk/street. I'm all for kids playing outside, but I don't know about extended court up to my driveway/front yard. **Edit: Yes, I spoke to my neighbor too but nothing has changed. PMSI, you can respond to my email.

Incredibly rude and horrendous staff. They treat homeowners like garbage and then when homeowners respond in the same way they block them from contacting them. Countless of my neighbors and myself have reached out to crystal and PMSI with countless complaints, all of which go ignored. They do not care about the maintenance of their properties at all.
