Lived in another development managed by PMSI and experienced how poorly they managed that development. New homeowners got together and elected new board members and things have gotten a lot better. I recently moved into the Dove Tree Townhomes development and was relieved to discover this townhome is managed by a different company. Can’t get ahold of anyone for months about filing an insurance claim on a leak we had in the house. The State Farm rep (PMSI’s primary insurance) even said they could not get a hold of anyone from the HOA/PMSI and left messages and contact info. When we did hear from the HOA they told us we had to start the claim but the State Farm rep said that is incorrect and keeps trying to get ahold of someone from PMSI.
