This company is terrible. This Joseph H***** is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in my life. Tenants BEWARE. He's very manipulative and full of lies. He's definitely is all about the money. Work orders are being left open for months with ZERO communication and the residence is falling apart. Washer leaks downstairs to the neighbors back porch but Joseph told me i need to replace it on my own. This tenant was not on the original lease and took a lease over for the old tenant on March 1st 2020. The tenant wanted out of her lease prior to it expiring which we obliged and will return deposits. The garbage disposal broke and we fixed that. It did leak on the wood below and the tenant wanted us to replace all the cabinets. We only needed to cut out all the bad wood and that took care of the issue. Clients beware! Mr. ****** has been anything but professional in his dealings with me. I had the misfortune of leasing from his property management company, from day one there have been issues. He is in the business of getting as much money as possible from tenants, but does NOT actually provide any services.
