This being our first experience living in a neighborhood with an HOA has not been a positive one and this is purely down to one in particular Richard S****** has been nothing but a predator when it comes to any type of violation. PMP is completely unresponsive to both email and phone call. We are trying to get them to approve our addition of a deck to our house, which are are required to get from them. After one month from our initial contact, we received a reply stating they need pictures of what it will look like before they will review. PMP has ruined Holly Hills. They have divided the community and refuse to cut high grass behind my property and others. They insist its a liability issue, and anyone trespassing will be fined for cutting the lawn. They are changing the HOA rules to allow planting of "tube" trees in all HOA open spaces, and the trees are going to block my view of the golf course. They don't care! As the management agent, PMP does not make decisions regarding mowing and maintaining the common areas. Those decisions are made by the homeowner elected Board of Directors. PMP is managing the hoa in ********** subdivision Martinsburg wv. They have just during the pandemic raised our hoa fees against some who have a 25 year no raise contract from when they bought in this neighborhood. Worst crooked management company I've ever dealt with , they protect slumlords , steal security deposits , and will invade your privacy. This company allowed my 8 yr old son to get photographed by the neighbor who was taking pics for the owners who live across the country , allowed him to get major lung issues because the house was filled with black mold they knew about before I moved in , Kept my deposit after moving out early because of the results of mold inspection, which was horrible, my entire house was flooded the day... read more

Mr. B*** rented a property that was managed by Property Management People, Inc. (PMP) beginning July 23, 2018 until he breached the lease and vacated the property prior to lease termination in mid-December 2019. PMP received possession of the property on December 18, 2019. I have had this company manage my homeowners association where I live currently since 2013. I have always did what they recommended done to my house since I purchased my home which at times has been just Knick picking. PMP didn't hire the towing contractor, the Association Board of Directors selected the Tow Operator. The contract is between the Homeowners Association and the towing company.
