If there was a zero option I would give them one. The worst rental experience I have ever had! Great at the promisses getting you to sign a contract but horrible follow through. Place was clean on the surface until you opened the drawers ... crumbs and hair. The "maintenance crew" had to come several times to work on basic repairs like hanging a towel bar, fixing the front door knob and bathroom ceiling fan and that didn't get fixed until they finally sent in a handy man.
