I am watching the admiral apartments prevent my friend from making a payment before the first and trying to take them to court for an eviction without serving them on the 10th the only reason he found out was because when he went to pay they mentioned that even if he paid before the court date he would still have to go to court and then once the manager clocked out she added other fees to prevent him from paying rent on the first. THIS IS FRAUD! I WONT BE RENTING THROUGH SUMMIT BECAUSE OF IT JUST TERRIBLE!
This really is the worst property management company I have ever heard of, and that is reqlly saying something. They do not respond to text, work orders or phone calls. As long as you pay them rent they don't care whatsoever. Plumbing and AC issues that have taken months and assistance from the BBB to resolve. If you do not believe me then you should look at their D- rating and all of the issues and reviews that have taken place to get them there. Just a bunch of rich Caucasians that care nothing about their communities until it's time to pocket all of their money.
Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They have been hostile in treating the tenants as in a condescending manner. I will never conduct business with them again.
